Wedding & Events Fair 2018
On Sunday 25th March 2018 Perfect Personalised Weddings hosted their first ever wedding fair. It was held at Peter Newton Pavilion in Dunstable. The aim of the day was for us to showcase the services and business's we offer and use on a weekly basis. We tried to keep it as local as possible and over 95% of the stands were within 5 miles of the venue. We had just over 60 brides come through the door on the day, with them they brought their other half, children, family members and friends. A total of around 200 people.
We only had one of each service there on the day and could have had lots more. We had a huge interest and could have doubled the venue size and still needed more space.
We were in the venue from 9am setting up the tables and putting the prosecco on ice. All the business's arrived by 10.30am to set their stands ready for 12. at 11.45am the nerves were kicking in and a small queue formed outside. At 12 we opened the doors and had a real busy 2 hours and then a steady flow until we packed away at 4pm. Every person was handed a complimentary glass of prosecco or orange juice. Everyone was happy with what was on offer and lots of enquiries for us all to follow up on.
It was a great day had by all and we look forward to holding our next wedding fair later on this year. More info to follow!
